GDPR Compliance & Privacy

At Pyrsonalize, we are committed to the principles of data protection and privacy. This page outlines how we collect, use, and protect professional data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Our Approach to Data

Pyrsonalize is a B2B lead generation platform. We help businesses connect with relevant professionals to foster commercial relationships. We aggregate data that is publicly available on the professional web, such as social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), company websites, and other public directories.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on Legitimate Interest (GDPR Recital 47), which recognizes direct marketing as a legitimate interest. Our processing is necessary to enable businesses to identify and contact potential B2B partners, and we balance this against the rights of the individual by ensuring data is strictly professional in nature and offering an easy opt-out mechanism.

3. Data We Collect

The data we process is limited to professional information typically found on a business card or public professional profile, including:

  • Full Name
  • Job Title & Function
  • Company Name & Industry
  • Business Email Address
  • General Location (City/Country)
  • Social Media Profile URLs (e.g., LinkedIn)

We do not collect sensitive personal data (race, religion, health, etc.).

4. Your Rights (Data Subjects)

If your data is in our database, you have specific rights under GDPR:

  • Right to Object (Opt-Out): You can request the removal of your data from our database at any time.
  • Right of Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): You can ask us to permanently delete your data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@pyrsonalize.com. We process all requests within 30 days.

5. Data Accuracy & Retention

We employ advanced algorithms to verify the accuracy of our data in real-time. We retain data only for as long as it remains accurate and relevant for B2B networking purposes. Outdated or invalid information is regularly purged from our systems.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
